By visiting imagemany.com or using any imagemany image tool, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These terms apply to the online image compressor, image converter, image resizer, WebP converter, image cropper, unblur tool, background remover and related features.

imagemany provides browser-based image processing tools for personal and commercial use. Tools may compress, resize, convert, crop, sharpen, upscale or remove backgrounds from supported image files. Processing is generally performed locally in your browser, but availability, supported formats, output quality and features may vary by browser, device and tool.

The service is provided as-is and as available. We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue any tool, feature, format or part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or compatible with every device or file.

You must have all rights, permissions and lawful authority needed to upload, process, download and use every image or file you select. You are responsible for the content of your files and for checking the output before publishing, selling or relying on it.

You should keep your own backups. Do not use the service as your only copy of an image or as a permanent storage system. Because processing occurs in your browser, closing the tab, clearing browser data, losing connectivity or running out of device memory may interrupt processing or remove temporary previews.

You may not use imagemany to break the law, infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights, distribute malware, interfere with the website, bypass security or rate limits, scrape or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process content that you are not legally allowed to possess or use.

You may not misrepresent imagemany as the creator, owner or approver of your content or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment or abuse. We may limit or block access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

You retain ownership of your images and files. You grant imagemany only the limited rights needed to operate the website and respond to support requests. We do not claim ownership of your processed images.

The imagemany name, logo, website design, text, software and other site materials belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, modified, redistributed or used to imply endorsement without permission. Third-party libraries and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

The website may include advertising supplied by Google AdSense and other third parties. Advertisers and advertising platforms may apply their own terms, privacy policies, cookies and consent choices. imagemany does not control third-party advertisements, links, products or services and is not responsible for their content or availability.

We may use Cloudflare and other providers for hosting, DNS, content delivery, performance, abuse prevention and security. Third-party providers may process technical request information under their own terms and policies. Their services are not a guarantee that every file, request or output will be secure or available.

The website is a general-purpose technical utility. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, accessibility, copyright or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an image, transformation or output is suitable for your intended use and complies with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagemany and its owners, operators, contributors and service providers disclaim warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imagemany will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, device damage or claims arising from your use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless imagemany and its owners, operators, contributors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your files, your use of the service, your breach of these terms or your violation of another person’s rights or applicable law.
